Delivery of your parcel
Parcels are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. The standard delivery method is Colissimo with tracking, delivered without a signature. If you would like delivery requiring a signature, an additional charge will apply; please contact us. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible so that you can track your parcel online.
Delivery charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may consist of a fixed charge and a variable charge depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you combine your purchases into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders, and you will be required to pay the delivery charges for each one. Your parcel is dispatched at your own risk; particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile items.
The parcels are oversized and well-protected.
