Read carefully and keep this email safe, it contains your order number, as well as all the instructions related to its proper execution.
During your exchanges with the Customer Service, always indicate this number, it is important because it ensures the traceability of your order.
It is visible on your order history, as well as in the confirmation email you received.
If you do not receive this email, there are 3 possible reasons:
- Either the email address you provided is not valid

Withdrawal or refund conditions
We grant you a withdrawal period of 8 calendar days to return, at your expense, products that do not suit you apart from specific orders or stock removal products.
These deadlines expired, you no longer have this right of withdrawal.
In order to ensure proper management of returns, we invite you to first report your return to our customer service:
Either by e-mail on contact@rondson.com
Either by phone at 05 34 25 61 00 from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, you may request either a refund of the sums collected or an exchange of an amount equivalent to the amounts paid or, if applicable, with a bank supplement.
This right of withdrawal is without penalty. However, the return costs remain at your expense.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will make every effort to reimburse you within 15 days of receipt of the return.
However, given the specific nature of the products sold, this period may be extended to 30 days, in particular when the product requires a technical verification by our after-sales service (these products must, in any case, be tested).
You will then be refunded by re-credit system (secure transaction) in case of payment by credit card, or by check or bank transfer in other cases.

Your technical questions
Principle
HIFI systems use a direct link between the amplifier and the speaker. This method is very efficient for short distance connections but from a certain length there are losses in the cables and therefore in the speakers.
To avoid this phenomenon, sound professionals use output transformers (as on tube amplifiers) that raise the voltage and make the line work with current.
The losses in lines are much more reduced as well. Each speaker must also be equipped with a special transformer to restore the usual levels. One of the main advantages of the 100 V line (70V or 25 V) is the possibility to put many speakers in parallel, each drawing its share of power, without there being any influence on the load impedance. The power of the amplifier must be calculated based on the number and power of the speakers.
Carry out an installation :
Steps to create a sound distribution installation:
- Determine sound coverage
- Assign a power to each HP
- Choose the cables
- Select an amplifier
Determine the sound coverage
The objective is to ensure the acoustic coverage of a given surface with a minimum number of diffusion points and with good intelligibility.
For the installation of HP in a ceiling, the best technique is to space the HP at least twice as far from the ceiling to the ears of the listeners. The best result is obtained using a multiplier of 1.5.
Note that in very reverberant places (halls, churches, airports, gyms...) it is recommended to provide a multitude of low power speakers rather than a single high power HP at a single point.
Assign a power to each HP
Measure the ambient sound level with a decibel meter
Use a decibel meter to measure ambient noise under normal conditions of sound system use. The measurement will be done in A-weighting, at ear level.
Calculate the necessary SPL power
For background music, the broadcast level must be dB SPL higher than the ambient sound level.
For the broadcasting of messages with good optimal intelligibility, it will be 20 dB SPL higher than the ambient noise.
- a) Depending on the desired result, add 6, 10 or 20 dB to the measurement taken in 1.
- b) Set the distance from HP to listener’s ears
- c) Use the ruler below to convert the HP-ears distance into dB and add the recorded figure to the result found in a)
- d) The result found determines the SPC power needed at the measurement location
- h) select a HP with an SPL closest to the required SPL.
Define the necessary power online 100 V
Compare the SPL power needed compared to the sensitivity of the HP (SPL 1 W / 1m)
Note the difference using the graph below, deduce the power required online 100 V for each HP at more or less 1 Watt. Choose the nearest power on your 100 V line transformer and connect the corresponding cables.
Choose the cables
The section of the connection cables must increase according to the power of the speakers distributed on the line but also the lengths of the conductors.
Maximum recommended length in meter
Connect all transformers in parallel and in phase on the 100 V line (70 V OR 25 V)
Select the amplifier
After determining the power required for each HP transformer, sum these powers to define the power that the amplifier must deliver.
The presence of a transformer implies an insertion loss phenomenon, which is why the amplifier must be able to provide a power greater than the theoretical power required for all HP.
To have a safety mark add 25% more power.
