Conferences systems

Depending on the size of your meeting room, we offer various types of conference systems.

First, you can choose between a wired or wireless conference system. Whichever you choose, the system will consist of "chair" and "delegate" microphone consoles and a central unit.

Depending on the number of participants at the conference, some systems are more suitable than others.

If you opt for a wired system, we recommend the CS-120 conference system. It is suitable for small to medium-sized meetings, and the desks are equipped with speakers and a headphone jack for listening. This conference system will simplify your meetings.

If you choose a non-wired conference system, you have 3 possibilities that adapt to the number of participants attending your meetings.

Ideal for small medium-sized conferences (maximum fifteen people), we offer the BE-10CONF system, consisting of a station and 4 microphones with fixed frequencies. (See product sheet to configure your system)

For conferences with a larger number of participants, you have the choice between two systems: WDR69 and WCS.

The WDR69 is a complete conference pack, composed of a transport case consisting of a reception station, a president desk (WDR69C) and nine delegate desks (WDR69D), it also contains a charger for 12 microphones. This conference system is suitable for meetings with a minimum of 10 people. You can add micro delegates if you wish to increase the number of participants. 

The WCS conference system consists of a central unit, a WCS-C president desk and WCS-D delegate desks. You also have at your disposal a charging case that contains 16 battery slots. 

For more optimal communication, each console has built-in speakers.

The quantity of delegated lectern is not limited either for this system.

You have an additional recording mode on this product to keep the audio of your meetings.

Yes, all our conference systems allow you to record your conferences in different ways.

For the wired conference systems CS-120 and the wireless conference system WCS, there is already a built-in recording function. You can record your conferences via the USB port. Simply plug in your USB stick or hard drive and activate recording via the feature.

For wireless conference systems BE-10CONF and  WDR69 there is no recording function. However, if you do not yet have a sound system, you can simply install an amplifier with a recording function, such as the AM 120UB.

If you have already installed a sound system in your meeting room, you can add a recording module such as the EM-030R.

With the rise of remote work and remote meetings for many companies in recent months, video conferencing has become essential for many of us. It has therefore become normal to participate in a meeting from a platform like Teams, Zoom or Google Meet to a meeting.

Our conference solutions through central processing units can be directly connected to laptops by mini jack to mini jack connection cables most often or RCA jacks, which allows you to connect your chat system to the online platform.

This connection offers the possibility for people not present to participate in the meeting by having the opportunity to listen, to speak during meetings.

To provide sound for a meeting, conference systems rely on the following concept: the use of a "micro president" such as the CS-041C microphone stand and "delegate microphones" like the CS-042D microphone model.

The president’s microphone returns to the meeting mediator. It can control the other microphones and assign speech to each speaker from a control unit. These microphones are then connected to this control unit. Which is then connected to a sound broadcasting system via a preamplifier/amplifier. Sound distribution is ensured by a network of online speakers at 100 volts.
